I have now had the opportunity to attend my second Mindset Mentoring Conference and must speak to the impact it has made on my life and those I love. This conference resonated as much as the first with life transforming exchanges of vital information and insights from all we had the privilege to hear from. Each speaker eagerly gifted us with wisdom gleaned while traveling their own unique path to the success they enjoy today. I greatly appreciated the differences between them regarding their stories, their styles and even the many stumbles they experienced on the way.

I have personally been an entrepreneur for over 26-years and in 1993 decided to embark upon a quest to understand how I could bring more of my faith into my business. I have found this pursuit to be more challenging than originally expected.

Throughout this time I have attended many conferences, seminars, retreats and the like; only to find a few worthwhile nuggets of information that did ultimately produce some positive results but nothing like the measure I have found with the product Advantage Conferences offers. This experience is so profound in nature that I believe any entrepreneur that actually applies what is learned cannot help but yield sizeable returns on the investment. The improvements on an organization's earnings alone could easily be tens if not hundreds of thousands of dollars depending on how assertively the new found wisdom is implemented. This does not even account for the priceless improvements to the culture and relationships typically found within any organization.

My life has been impacted more by these 2-day conferences than all of the previous efforts of the last 13-years. I believe only God working through the lives of his willing and humble servants can make that great of a difference.

Where to begin....

Having been to all three of the Mindset Mentoring Conferences, I have to say that last weekend's conference was every bit as powerful as the previous two. I personally came away from the weekend physically tired and emotionally drained.

While many of you have already provided a conference review with more eloquence than this engineer would ever be able to provide, there were a couple of poignant remarks made by each speaker that I have already started to apply to my life and my business. I could write a short book on the content provided by each speaker and the impact it will have on my business and my family. From Joe's opening dedication to Kirk's incredibly, quite frankly incomprehensible closing testimony, this conference was a life-changing, mindset altering event. In short - transformational!

For those of you who missed just how powerful our opening dedication was, Joe reminded us of what was written in Ecclesiastes 11:4: "Whoever watches the wind will not plant; whoever looks at the clouds will not reap." Basically, if you are waiting for perfect conditions, you'll never get anything done! This is absolutely true not only in Advantage Conferences, but with any business. Don't wait for the water to reach the perfect temperature before you finally ease into it - jump in head first and let Him lead the way. I could have departed the conference after Joe's opening dedication and gotten my money's worth.

For me, one of the biggest benefits of attending the conference is the opportunity to fellowship with other like-minded Christian entrepreneurs. The time we spend together at the end of each session building new friendships, discussing our challenges and sharing our testimonies is worthy of a conference in itself! To separate the conference from the fellowship time would diminish the rewards that await you by fully participating. Have you heard the saying that "the sum of the parts is greater than the whole"? You would literally receive less than half the blessing by only participating in half of what this conference can offer you.

With the benefit of attending every MMC thus far, I can say without hesitation that even if you were to only attend the conference and never participate in the AC business opportunity, the information you receive is so transparent, so transformational, that I would challenge any individual to place a dollar value on it.

Just remember: you are (or soon will be!) a product of our product.

I have attended many meetings over the last 60 years.This conference, by far, was the best conference I have ever attended. I was impressed by the speakers, their knowledge, their humility, and their willingness to share even their lowest points in their life, and their trust in God, which not only they expressed, but you could feel and know that this was from their heart. I was also impressed by the caliber of the attendees and also with the leaders such as you who are so willing to develop programs that others can learn and follow. Tim Darnell is a true leader and his trust in starting this company had to be a conviction beyond the average person’s imagination.In summary, the conference was a great event and a life changing one as far as being in business for oneself is concerned.

There are so many different personalities that have come into this opportunity and yet we still maintain the dream set forth by Tim Darnell. Each of us though often very different are sharing in a faith inspired vision unlike anything most people will ever share.

Each speaker that was interviewed over the weekend had built themselves up from job holders to very successful business people simply by believing that it was in them to do. Unlike many people whom consider themselves successful each and every speaker based their success on their faith in God.

As I have been able to participate in the many parts of our opportunity I realize how fortunate I was that God pointed me in Tim's direction. I was very fortunate to be invited in at such an early stage and have been allowed to see so many people blossom in the spririt we all share.

I look at people like Jack that spend hundreds of hours allowing us to sit at this table that has been put before us and again thank God for our leaders being here for us all.

The real results are the impact we are having on the world around us. I applaud each of you that were able to spare the time to participate in the 2 "gift of service" projects we have done to date. I look forward to those of you that in the future will get the chance to share in the joy we all experienced through this service.

Our whole team is now affecting more people throughout the world than many organizations ever dream of doing. Each person that has stepped up to the plate and is participating will never regret one minute of the time they have put into Advanatge Conferences.

Our very first service after the 1st conference had about 15 attendees, when I look at this past Sunday and realize there were more than 10 times that many in 1 short year, it is trully a result of God's presence in all we do.

Again I thank Tim for inviting me to be a part of something so trully inspiring.
